Shipping policy

We ship within the United States for a flat rate of $20. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are processed within 1 business day.

Orders are shipped through FedEx and UPS and take 2-4 business days after shipping confirmation is sent.

Once a shipping label is created, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Jana at jana@skinworksbyjana.com or (307) 690-7596 right away.

Images of the damaged items will be required, and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Full-price items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your order. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns on opened or used products. Images may be requested upon return request.
